Quality comes first:
At Whole Life Essentials quality begins with quality ingredients. Pure ingredients are very costly to work with. We use no "fillers" and no inexpensive or inferior ingredients. Each ingredient is chosen to add value to the final product and to the consumer. Words like "natural", "pure", or even "aromatherapy" have been so misused that they unfortunately have come to really mean nothing anymore. It is increasingly difficult to know what you are really buying and most of what is sold as pure and natural is not aromatherapy quality at all.

The only way to really substantiate the purity of essential oils is to scientifically analyze each and every single oil. Botanical variety and chemotype identification also play an important role in determining quality. Whole Life Essentials only sells organic and wild grown essential oils that are distilled or extracted from a single type of plant only, grown and distilled or extracted in the optimal conditions, with no adulteration at any phase of production, and scientifically GC/MS analyzed for purity and quality.

Policies

Personal consultations and customer service:
We offer complimentary consultations to help you to make the selections that are best for you. Please contact us with any questions and we can either email or set up a time to speak by phone.

Payment:
We offer secure on-line ordering using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards or direct payment from your PayPal account balance. You may also mail in your order if you wish to pay by money order or personal check. United States Postal Service Money orders are preferred- and are the fastest method to use by mail. Be sure to contact us first to confirm details if you are sending in your order this way.

If paying by personal check your order will be shipped when check clears. Currently, only checks from U.S. residents are accepted. There is a $25 return check fee if your check is returned from your bank due to insufficient funds. Please copy and paste the items from the shopping cart screen and print to include with your payment to insure the correct order is sent.

Tax:
As required by law, items shipped within the state of Minnesota will be taxed at 6.5%

Shipping Methods:
We ship all orders within the Continental U.S. by Fed Ex Ground or in some cases USPS Priority Mail. If you are ordering from outside the Continental U.S. additional shipping charges may be necessary in some cases and requested following your order. Please contact us with any questions regarding shipping fees outside the Continental U.S.

Shipping Delivery Times:
Because we freshly prepare our products, most orders are shipped within 3-6 business days after purchase. Orders will be filled and shipped during our hours of operation M-F 9 am to 6 pm CST.

Return Policy:
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any product once it has been shipped.

We want our customers to be thrilled with everything they receive from us, so if you are uncertain about an item just contact us prior to buying to request a sample. We are happy to include some complimentary essential oil samples with your order and we have other samples available for purchase.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping cost is a flat fee of $8.10 regardless of the size or weight of your order.

Privacy:
To ensure our customers privacy, we will never sell, loan, rent or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party under any circumstances.
